SALT privacy approach
Clear use. Limited access. No hidden mailing list.
This page explains how Salt & Light Transformations uses the information submitted through the Growth Diagnostic, Team View, coffee conversation, and newsletter forms.
What SALT collects
The founder diagnostic may collect your name, work email, company, and calculated diagnostic scores. A Team View also stores invited work email addresses, completion status, and calculated team-member scores. Raw Team View questionnaire answers are not retained. A private contact enquiry contains the business context you choose to submit so Vincent can respond.
How the information is used
SALT uses this information to deliver requested results, send Team View invitations, compile anonymous reports, respond to enquiries, and send up to three diagnostic follow-up emails over 14 days when the founder has explicitly requested them. The follow-ups relate to the founder's result and may be stopped by replying to any message. Completing a diagnostic does not subscribe anyone to a newsletter.
Newsletter subscriptions
Newsletter subscribers provide their name, email address, optional business name, and explicit consent. These details are recorded in a private Google Sheet and used only to send Salty Times and manage subscription status. You may unsubscribe through an email link or by contacting SALT directly. Diagnostic and Team View participants are never added automatically.
Team View anonymity
Team members are reported only as a group after at least three responses. The inviter does not receive individual answers, individual scores, or an answer-by-person breakdown. SALT stores invitations separately from calculated responses and uses the connection only to prevent duplicate submissions and count progress. Only one final aggregate report is issued, so later updates cannot be compared to infer any one person's scores.
Storage and delivery
The website uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure for secure website and database operations, and Resend for requested email delivery, including private contact enquiries. Contact-form content is delivered by email and is not added to the Team View database or newsletter list. Google Forms and Google Sheets are used for the private newsletter subscriber list. Private Team View links expire after 30 days, and expired campaign records are removed as new Team Views are created.
Your choices
You may ask what information SALT holds about you, request a correction, or request deletion through the private contact form.
